3D embossed panel fences

We offer a comprehensive fencing system made of 3D embossed panels together with fixing posts and the corresponding mounting accessories.

3D panel fences are characterised by their robust construction and high aesthetics. Their special feature is horizontal, three-dimensional V-shaped embossment. This, among others, distinguishes them from another, also very popular system - straight 2D panel fences.

We offer fence panels in hot-dip galvanised or galvanised and powder-coated versions. In addition, we offer 3D panel gates and wickets - tailored to the individual needs and requirements of the Customer. The gates can be made as double-leaf 3D or sliding 3D. We also offer the service of assembly of the whole fencing.

Applications: fencing of private properties, public facilities, playgrounds, recreational and industrial areas, warehouses, etc.

Implementation

The panels are made of galvanised steel wires unpainted or painted in colour using the powder coating method. Varnishing at ZPH JAN involves the application of powder paint and subsequent heating. This causes the dye to dissolve and uniformly cover the entire surface of the panel. This method is environmentally friendly. The paint coating not only enhances the aesthetics of the panels. It also provides additional protection against corrosion and other harmful external factors.

Malowanie paneli przetłaczanych 3D

The fence posts are galvanised and then painted in colour also using the powder coating method. They can be round or rectangular. They have upper caps made of pvc to prevent water from entering inside the post.

Standard paint colour - RAL 6005 green. Other colours available on request.
